We’re back again this year with another exciting Sales Conference! Check it out!

Our business has kept on going this year, but it would be impossible if not for our Sales Network and their amazing effort. As appreciation and evaluation on their performance, our Sales Network held another conference again this year. But this time, they went digital.

Kicking it off on February 10th – 11th, 2021, our Sales/Offline Customer Acquisition team held its very first Digital Sales Conference on MS Teams. Just like previous Sales Conference, the event was attended by over 300 participants all over Indonesia. These included the team in the Oleos HQ as well as General Managers, Territory Managers, District Managers, and Trainers from various cities. And with the power of MS Teams technology, everyone was able to interact directly.

As the prime Sales event of this year, the digital conference’s agenda talked about the business performance in 2020 and the priorities that are set for 2021. The conference started off with an opening speech by our CEO, Animesh Narang, Simran Soni (Chief Excellence Officer), and Yongky Sentosa (Head of Sales Network) regarding the strategy to ensure that we stay as the number one financing company.

During the 2-day event, each team took turns in providing information on strategies and support for the Sales Network that will execute it on the field. These teams included Commercial Insight, ALDI, Goer, Sales Development (Training Team), Customer Journey, Sales Back Office, and Partnership. Other than that, there were also speakers from the Finance and Marketing Team that discussed on the aspect of profitability and new products for the Sales Network.

Some important points that were covered in the conference were:

  • Reminding about the vision of making the Sales Network more profitable
  • The importance of increasing the number of customers that comes to the store
  • Targets and plans for ALDI and Goer networks
  • Sales Luar Biasa campaign as a cultural development in the Sales Network
  • UDJ roadmap process
  • Improvements in ALDI process and Back Office

Besides the exchange of information between the various teams, participants received a Q&A session that were answered directly by the speakers. A number of participants also got the chance to provide useful feedbacks that could help improve the products and process that are given to the Sales Network.

And it’s not all about business that was discussed there. To make the conference more exciting, participants were treated with live quizzes, regional video competitions, and giveaways for participants who posted their photos of joining the conference in their social media.

All in all, it was another successful Sales Conference! Thank you much to our Sales Network for your great performance in 2020!
