Get to know our chosen Global DNA Stars for Q2!

DNA Stars, that name already rings a bell, doesn’t it? Yes, it’s our company program where we select honorary individuals across various functions who best reflects the 8 Leadership Qualities. Each quarter, every Home Credit branch worldwide will nominate 8 of their employees or exceptional teams who exemplify our company’s DNA.  These are employees who have done something extraordinary by providing strong skills, creating new products, or effectively managing the business and launching many key projects.

As an expression of gratitude, we would like to highlight the next set of the Home Credit Indonesia DNA Stars for Q2 by thanking them for their extraordinary achievements.

Thelvia Vennieta (Commercial Insight Asst. Manager)
Customer Obsession

Thelvia ensures that she understands the goals of all tasks assigned to her and delivers it while keeping the customers and stakeholders in mind. In managing rPOS, she knows what SAs need and how to make the process better so the leads won’t be wasted and we can improve our RO volume. She works well with other teams such as network, training, and CRMs so they can all achieve common goals in improving our volume through rPOS.”

Rudi Bahtiar (OPS Campaign Expert)
Digital Savviness

Because he is able to develop (by himself) a tool that helps our campaign process to be delivered to our customers on urgent matters without any additional IT cost and without waiting for IT development. He is also able to implement a dynamic & flexible campaign strategy in due course to boost our Invoice collection with comprehensive analysis.”

Dessy Rianti (Head of Partnership)

Dessy makes sure that she communicates Home Credit strategy in all types of forums both within the team and with our partners as well - Key accounts and brand. She and her team proactively come up with ideas that can help us grow the business or solve some issue. With the strategy of turning more and more digital, she and her team today work with partners on how we can increase our digital onboarding of customers. She focuses on our profitability matrix carefully and negotiates with partners on deals which not only help us in term of profitability but scale as well.”

Yongky Sentosa (Head of Sales Network)

Extremely high in Integrity, Yongky takes decisions based on facts and being fair. This can be seen especially during SA disciplinary actions where some tough decisions are made even if the person is a high performer. Principles are key to Yongky. At the same time, he is not shy to speak up and is able to provide his opinion on things even if it may make some people uncomfortable. However, it is always factual, and this makes it easy for people to understand why he is saying what he is saying. He is transparent in his interactions irrespective of whom he is speaking with.”

Operational Excellence

“She has been instrumental in delivering Multiwithdrawal customer journey, and she collaborated with all cross functional teams effectively to build this massive CAPP journey.  She has ensured all necessary KYC & legal rules and regulations are adhered, customer expectations are met, and Business requirements are taken care of. Currently she is managing rPOS UAT for Go Live and expected to be done in July. She played her role to resolve the issues from UAT by communicating effectively at the right time. She discussed with IT team to find right solutions to make this journey Go Live.”

Mardonius Advendo (CRM Analytics Manager)
People Centricity

Vendo is a backbone of CRM analytical team. He already has a long experience working as a CRM analyst and he knows a lot. He works hard, stays focused, I can rely on him, and his analysis always provide great insights. That would be already more than enough to make him a valuable team member. But what I appreciate even more is how he is using his knowledge, experience and skills to support the whole team. For his colleagues he naturally becomes a mentor (I almost want to say teacher or guru). When they need advice or are facing some complex problem, they know they can come to Vendo and he will do his best to help them to solve it. And Vendo is doing it in a very humble and supportive way.

Risk In Mind

He has demonstrated his enormous support and assistance to his other cross function colleagues just to ensure everyone has done their jobs in complying with the company's policies and the prevailing regulations as well. He has led, involved, and coordinated smoothly with the other relevant function to accomplish some initiatives he started. As such, he successfully managed a balance between risk and opportunities to keep the company's business growth in this difficult time.

Thinking Big

In managing Home Credit Design System, Jourghi has always ensured the scalability and reusability of it all, not just having it for local apps to use, but also thinking & working on the possibilities of scaling it up to the global app too.”

At the end of the year, all Global DNA Stars winners will be recognized at the Group Leadership Conference among the Top 300 leaders of Home Credit
