Hello Denpasar, Om Swastiastu

Festival Indonesia Bi5a! greeted the people of the Isle of the Gods, Denpasar, Bali from August 30th to September 2nd  2018 with many exciting events such as workshops with Google Business Group Indonesia (GBG Indonesia), Google Developer Group Indonesia (GDG Indonesia), along with exciting tournaments, and Shopping Zone to delight our audience

Press Conference
We kicked off the Festival Indonesia Bi5a! in Bali with a press conference at Ke(M)Bali Innovation Hub on the excited events in Denpasar and announced our strategic partnership with Citilink Indonesia, a local low-cost carrier and subsidiary of Garuda Indonesia on August 30th, 2018.

A number of local journalists covered the event and spoke to Andy Nahil Gultom (Chief External Affairs), Tomas Prosek (Chief Digital Affairs Home Credit Indonesia), and Harismawan Wahyu Adi (Vice President Marketing of Citilink Indonesia).

Empowered by the Indonesia Bi5a! spirit, Home Credit Indonesia partnered arline carriers to present flight ticket financing product, enabling our customers to travel to their dream destinations.

Tech-Based Worskshop
Festival Indonesia Bi5a! Bali would not be complete without a collaboration with GBG Indonesia and GDG Indonesia to present a series of inspiring workshops at Ke(M)Bali Innovation Hub on  August 30th, 2018.

Carrying the tradition from the previous cities, these workshops aim to provide more insight and competitive advantage for those who are interested in strengthening their foothold in doing business in this digital era.  Local entrepreneurs like I Gede Putu Anggita Prathama (CEO of Awatara Studio) and Indria Trisni Puspita (Owner of Alan Trijaya Car Interior) shared their stories and also tips on how to grow business using Google My Business during the “Go Online with Google My Business” workshop. Also, the “Programmer 101: How to Be a Good Programmer” with seasoned speakers like Diky Arga (Software Engineer of Bukalapak) and Prabu Rangki (Manager of GDG Bali) excited the audience on how they can maximize the potential of programming in Indonesia.

Shopping Made Easy
We opened the Shopping Zone for the people of Bali with exciting financing promotions because the festivities aren’t complete without a little shopping, right?

Next stop, Home Credit Indonesia will be stopping by to four more cities in the land of Java, up until the grand finale in Jakarta. Look forward to the festivities, and here’s to empowering Indonesia. Indonesia Bi5a!
